Today’s Youth Tomorrow’s Future, Inc. was officially launched on October 4, 2024. The organization was founded out of a deep personal understanding of what it means to grow up without consistent mentorship, guidance, or accessible programs — an experience shaped by the founder’s upbringing in New York City. Witnessing firsthand the struggles that come from limited opportunities and support systems, the vision for Today’s Youth Tomorrow’s Future was born: to create pathways that inspire, equip, and empower young people to become confident, capable leaders. Through mentorship, education, and hands-on programs, Today’s Youth Tomorrow’s Future is building what was once missing, a community that invests in the success and potential of every youth.

The mission of Today’s Youth Tomorrow’s Future, Inc. (TYTF) is to empower and equip young people with the mentorship, education, and life skills needed to become confident, capable, and purpose-driven leaders. Rooted in our core values of R.I.C.A.T.E. — Respect, Integrity, Character, Accountability, Transparency, and Emotional Intelligence — we are dedicated to guiding youth toward personal growth, leadership, and success. Through innovative programs, meaningful mentorship, and strong community partnerships, TYTF strives to bridge the gap created by the lack of mentorship, guidance, and accessible opportunities. Our goal is to build a generation of youth who lead with purpose, uplift their communities, and create a brighter tomorrow.

Today’s Youth Tomorrow’s Future (TYTF) is proud to have earned the Candid (formerly GuideStar) Gold Seal of Transparency for 2025, a prestigious distinction achieved by less than 5% of the more than 1.8 million nonprofits registered nationwide. This recognition reflects our strong commitment to openness, accountability, and responsible stewardship by publicly sharing clear information about our mission, programs, and financial practices. For donors, supporters, and community partners, the Gold Seal offers confidence in the integrity and effectiveness of our work.
